Connecting Honesty

We work with people who are not fully satisfied with some aspect of their lives,

and who are willing to try changing how they communicate in order to make things better.

Do any of the following fit your situation?

  1. Work / Business - You are dissatisfied with some aspect of your relationship with one or more of your colleagues - your boss, colleagues, staff, or the Board. Or maybe with someone outside your organization - a client, supplier, or distributor.

  1. Teaching - You are a teacher and you’re frustrated with the behaviour of one or more students (e.g., bullying, distracting attention in class) and you don’t know how to address it in a way that will maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for everyone.

  1. Couples - It feels like you and your partner are drifting apart, fighting all the time, or there’s a wall between you.

  1. Children - You are concerned about how you and your children are communicating - or not communicating. There’s too much yelling - or too much silence.

  1. Parents - You are worried about your parents; trying to figure out how much support they really need, and how they can get it - in a way that doesn’t overwhelm you.

  1. Friendships - An important friendship is at risk because of a conflict that one or both of you can’t seem to get over.

  1. Separation / Divorce - You a divorcing parent who’s worried that how you and your ex are communicating will have a long-term negative effect on your children. Or, parent or not, you are simply trying to figure out how to take care of yourself while a marriage or significant relationship ends.

  1. Your own well-being - You’re feeling stressed, frustrated or overwhelmed. Life is just not as much fun as it used to be.
